1. Who is responsible for your data
Cloud Integrate B.V. is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG).

[TO CONFIRM: whether a Data Protection Officer has been appointed.] Questions about this policy, or about your personal data, can be sent to info@cloud-integrate.com.
2. The personal data we collect
This website collects personal data only when you actively submit it through one of our forms: the contact form, the free scan or the health check. Depending on the form, that data is:
- your name;
- your company name;
- your work email address;
- the goal or question you describe in the free-text field;
- your answers to the scan or health check questions, where you complete one of those instruments.
Browsing the site itself requires no account and no personal data. We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we ask you not to include any in the free-text field.
Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to serve the site securely and to prevent abuse, for example through rate limiting. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Analytics on this website are covered by the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we process your data
We use the data you submit for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and following it up personally. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry leads to an engagement, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and it triggers no automated sequence.
4. Where your data is stored and who receives it
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1, a database service of our hosting provider Cloudflare, under EU jurisdiction. Each submission also generates a notification email to info@cloud-integrate.com, so that a senior consultant can respond personally. [TO CONFIRM: email delivery provider used for form notifications.]
We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data only with the service providers needed to run this website, under processing agreements that meet GDPR requirements.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Form submissions are retained while your enquiry is open and for a limited period afterwards, so that we can pick up the thread if you come back to us. [TO CONFIRM: retention period for form submissions.] After that period, submissions are deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- receive the data you provided in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@cloud-integrate.com. We respond within one month.
If you believe we handle your personal data improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the website or our processing changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. The version published here always applies.
