I founded Cloud Integrate after watching too many Salesforce projects start with the technology and work backwards to the business. We built the opposite: a business-first partner, boutique by design. What drives me is still the same as day one: the moment a client's process clicks into place and their team can get on with the work that matters.

Architecture is a business decision long before it is a technical one.

Fifteen-plus years in IT transformation, as entrepreneur, client and consultant, shaped how I set our enterprise and AI architecture direction: grounded in deep Revenue Cloud, CPQ and billing expertise, and always starting from how the business earns its money. I hold seventeen Salesforce certifications, but the endorsement I value most is a CFO who trusts the numbers coming out of the system.

On time and on scope means nothing if the business didn't move.

I lead delivery and operations, and in a boutique firm that means staying close to every project rather than managing from a distance. Years of leading international Salesforce teams taught me that great transformations are equal parts pragmatism and genuine care for the people involved. I am at my best breaking down the barriers between a good team and a great result.

My work starts well before Salesforce enters the conversation: with how a business earns, serves and grows, and where that is stuck. Years alongside leading retail and commerce brands taught me that lasting change comes from partnership, not from a deck handed over at go-live.
